The following are some members of our faculty, and combine to provide an excellent range of knowledge, expertise and experience. They are each professional in their field, and are drawn internationally to work with us to provide the most applicable and beneficial training for each and every course we offer.

Paul Clegg

Paul Clegg has over thirty years experience in sales and marketing holding senior management positions with two international blue chip organizations - Wella (General Manager) and Redken Laboratories where he held the position of Managing Director.

For the last eight years Paul has run his own sales and marketing consultancy. He regularly leads training workshops and through his open style he is an impressive communicator.

Dr. Roy Perera

Dr Perera hails from a family line of traditional Ayurvedic Physicians and represents the fifth generation of this tradition. He started his basic training in Traditional Ayurveda at the age of 15. He then underwent the required training for a full 12 years and in 1983 was eligible for the receipt of registration as a qualified Traditional Ayurvedic Physician from the Ayurvedic Medical Council of Sri Lanka, after completing the academic requirements and examinations held by the Board of Examiners. In 1991 he started introducing Ayurveda to some of the holiday resorts in Sri Lanka. He has his own Ayurvedic clinic for his community in Sri Lanka and we welcome him to our faculty where he acts as a consultant for Noble Manhattan delegates on an international basis.

Clare Cecil

Clare's expertise and training ability is based upon vast personal experience. She is a lady who has successfully built her own world - wide business, creating a turnover in excess of £2 million per annum. As an integral part of this she has formed the ability to deal with cross - cultural personalities and cultures, and understands the difficulties involved and the importance of handling obstacles correctly.

Since 1995 Clare has been a Senior Executive trainer responsible for initiating and motivating growth in both the UK and internationally.

A creative thinker and skilled communicator, Clare is very adept at personality

assessment and appropriate approach. She is particularly adept at appraising and assessing of both the physical and vocal personality and how to affect significant change. This can aid in improved presentation, marketing, negotiation and leadership skills. She involves her natural high motivation and positive thinking at all times to everything she does, and is comfortable dealing with personnel of both genders and from all levels of staff and management

Jay R. Ackerman

Jay is a founder of Personal Performance Software, a company dedicated to developing innovative, interactive products aimed at facilitating self-improvement. Identifying a void in the self help market, the founders of PPS, set out to create products designed to assist the user in carving out his or her "ideal destiny". The results of their work are Life Peak, a program enabling individuals to design measurable goals and create motivational impetuses.

Since introducing Life Peak, Jay has been invited to speak at numerous organizations on the subject of vision creation and goal setting - most recently for a group of fee -

based financial advisors in the United States. He has also been interviewed on the Wall Street Radio Network.

Previously, Jay has worked as a management consultant for Gunn Partners Inc., a group specializing in change management, team development and process re - engineering. As a member of Gunn Partners, he was responsible for leading large - scale change programs among Fortune 100 companies in the United States and beyond.

He started his career as an accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick while earning his MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business. During his tenure with KPMG Peat Marwick, he earned his CPA certification in the state of New York and has continued to maintain his professional accreditation with the AICPA.

Mark Thomas

Mark Thomas is a Human Resource Consultant with 20 years experience of People Development within the Engineering, information Technology, FMCG, Petro Chemical and Pharmaceutical sectors. He has been responsible for the European Human Resource function of an International Data Communication organization and has managed his own People Management Consultancy for the past 5 years. His wide - ranging experience of Human Resources includes the key areas of Management and Personal Development, International Resource Management, Organisational Development and the use of Psychometrics. Team Building and Development take up a major part of his time along his international commitments in the Middle East and India.

Mark is committed to the development of people to their full potential. He is employed by organisations that believe in this principal and he has developed Training Programmes that reinforce these principles. The ability to identify, develop and motivate people to achieve much more, is at the heart of everything that Mark is involved with.

Ian Major

Ian Major is a Personal Development Tutor who through many years of study and practice has developed a system that offers an effective approach to personal and corporate growth. His experience in industrial and retail management, marketing and training provide him with an excellent foundation of knowledge that facilitates his communication with others.

Ian has worked with people from many different backgrounds and his skills have helped to empower to face and overcome the challenges of an ever - changing world.

Ian's speciality is in the area of "Learning Skills" where he trains individuals how to learn effectively. Not only does this make all future training courses far more worthwhile, but it also enables the candidate to regain the benefits of previous training programmes.

As a holder of a Neuro Linguistic Programming, practitioners certificate, Ian is a valuable member of our faculty.

Ann Gedye B.Sc., M.A.R

Ann Gedye was born in Rhodesia, now Zimbabwe, and went to South Africa to attend Cape Town University where she studied Marine Biology, gaining her B.Sc degree. She moved into complementary health in 1988 full time, in practice in Cape Town where she used Reflexology, Nutrition, Touch for Health Kinesiology, healing and massage with clients. On coming to England, Annie gained EC recognised qualifications (Reflexology from The Natural Clinic, Massage from the Dashwood Clinic and School of Alternative Therapy ) She studied a post graduate course in Clinical Nutrition through the International Academy of Nutrition and the City and Guilds Adult Education Teaching Certificate. Additionally Annie has taught reflexology massage and nutrition at Salisbury and Bournemouth Colleges ( she is an ITEC teacher with her own school approved by The Association of Reflexologists),. She currently works privately, mainly with women and using natural alternatives to HRT and for PMT.

Bob Hook

Trainer, coach and consultant for both business and individuals, Bob's particular expertise lies in helping those facing transition in their work or personal lives. Bob also provides programmes on Self-Development, pre-employment and career planning. He has extensive experience in delivering training and coaching to diverse client groups, from the very young, to long-term unemployed, and to older clients facing immense changes at work. For the long-term unemployed, Bob has an impressive track record in giving them the belief and personal skills for successful self-employment.

Bob worked for twenty two years in Canada, much of this time as a successful Human Resource Manager in the high technology field. He has also gained managerial experience in the banking sector and real estate and travel industries. Bob has much experience in preparing strategic planning budgets and forecasts.
